I was greeted by a person in blue scrubs. I have no idea who she was or what her name or profession was. She was abrupt and treated me as if I was a malingerer. I have been nursing for 43 years and if she was a nurse she is a disgrace to the profession. She neither greeted me by name or showed any care in me. Very sad if that's what nurses at the front line are like today

The service was very well done from booking (via the 111 service) and we were very well treated with my sick daughter. Very impressed.
