Ringing me weekly to see how I am doing demonstrating genuine care and following up my concerns and needs. I also get regular visits by qualified nurses are a great help with my medication. This is a great service and nothing needs to be changed. I would like more information. The progress of my tumor if they are able to give it I occasionally pass blood with my faeces and don't know why or what it means.

The care received over a period of time has been beneficial in many ways more so dealing with the condition and learning to treat myself. I feel I have been treated as an individual not part of a process.

The members of staff are all caring, friendly and extremely professional.

Excellent service.
Could not fault it but wished it was 24/7 service so they could get such an excellent service in the day as well.

Very happy indeed with H at H service, very quick to respond. Nothing too much trouble. Very glad of 2 nights sitting till Marie Currie could be available. Second to none.
