At a time when you feel weak and vulnerable to come to the hospice really does give you such a lift mentally and everyone of the staff are just wonderful with us all and you feel so special and cared for it is such a lovely feeling. I feel so privileged and lucky to have been able to come here. The relaxation class, exercises and Raiki were wonderful and gives me such relaxation especially as I don't sleep. I don't think it can be improved as everyone here makes it perfect and the meals and lovely and thanks to every single one.

The pleasant response at Reception.
The warm comfortable place to sit and on the day - Olympic dance on a tv whist I waited.
The attentive listening from my nurse and gentle support and advice.
I am relieved to be given further attention for my condition.

Everybody has been lovely and nothing is too much trouble, I know to simply ask if anything is needed. My family and friends have also been welcomed which has been amazing as my children don't see the hospice as a scary place which was very important to me.
