this kind of palative care is essential for well being and assurance. I have been very happy with this service and think the staff esp Tracy Wilson do a fantastic job.

Very happy with hospice at home team, very much appreciate the care given to Tony and myself in his last weeks of life.

Very happy with HCH team service.
Caroline and Julie were quick to visit and get medication, soughed from RCMS doctor and supported us both in the night with visits and telephone calls and amazing team very caring.

Nothing was too much trouble.
So supportive in the night as it can be so lonely.

Care from home think HCH are amazing, they like that we are there in the night to support them, as they feel it can be very solitary in the night.
