I don't see how your service could be improved starting from the cleaners to the doctors and nurses. All treating you with help and consideration.

The care that the patient received is heartfelt and sincere. We as a family are safe in the knowledge that she is in the best place for that care. To quote Thomas Bert Lance "If it ain't broke, don't fix it"!
