Made to feel comfortable and at ease at all times. There was good atmosphere, created by the staff. Very inclusive. My only downside was that the course was only for 16 weeks. I appreciate there was finding restrictions but after being part of the group for those weeks, it felt that you were back to square one.

Julie was lovely. I have never had any complementary treatment before. She explained things clearly to me. There is a calm atmosphere in the room and Julie has the magic touch. Each time I leave the room relaxed and ready to face whatever life throws at me.
