The community nurses were brilliant. They were kind and supportive. I can’t speak highly enough, they were always ready to help me.
Stan was welcomed into trinity hospice with attentive nurses, he was treated with dignity and at all times with respect and love. A special thank you to Patrick and all nurses. Thank you all so much.
Because all staff are very caring and very helpful and honest.
Couldn’t be in a better place (thank you all).
The service received from the community nursing team is excellent.
Darcy really enjoyed both her day care and overnight stays recently at Brian House. She loved doing craft activities . Mum thinks the staff are wonderful and cannot thank them enough for the help they are giving her. By the end of Darcy's respite stay mum says "she felt like a new woman!"
My foster child came for this first care at Brian House last week. I found the environment to be excellent and the staff very caring and welcoming. I am looking forward to bringing him again soon for more day care and overnight care in the new year.
We were see by Lymphoedema team very quickly after being referred by our GP and the Trinity service. Joanne and Amy were very knowledgeable but made sure to explain things to us in a way that we could understand. As always with Trinity's services, nothing was too much trouble and we could feel/tell that Joanne and Amy were genuinely cared about ensuring the best possible outcome for us.
The care for not only my mum, but myself and my family has been incredible . The compassion, dignity and kindness will never ever be forgotten.
After receiving life changing news, we felt alone in navigating the diagnosis, until Trinity came along. Sharon is caring and considerate and has sorted out so many things for us whilst being a friendly face nothing is ever too much trouble.
Katie stayed at Brian House for 2 nights recently. She really enjoyed herself and mum knows the staff always take great care of her. She uses the time Katie is at Brian Hoise to catch up with her house work.
