The nursing team were very kind. They explained to me and my partner what to expect. My partner was a stubborn and hard to please but he was very happy with the care he received from the community nurse.

Trinity staff were kind and caring. I was treated with dignity. The community nurses genuinely cared about me, my reason for give a score of 4 regarding information is because my son who works in a caring profession explained things to me. This is what I wanted.
