The facilities of the clinic.
The staff/nurse I see is consistent and understands my frustration with my lymphoedema. She listens to me and suggests ideas/solutions to overcome issues.
I am made to feel confident to discuss my condition and they have supported me on numerous occasions when the doctors have struggled to order my prescription!
