HCA Karen was on duty when Arlo came to Brian house for 2 nights stay recently. She has really got to know Arlo well and looks after him “on his terms”. He eats well for her and joins in with activities too. Karen is part of the team who take great care of Arto when at Brian house. His time there enabled me to spent time with my other children and husband.
