1. Quick response no matter what time they were called. 2. Patient at the forefront of their attention at all times. 3. Very compassionate. 4. Consultant took time and was very thorough keeping the patients well being as the main focus. Kept the family informed of what they were doing and why. They did not leave until they were sure she was settled and comfortable. 5. They were reassuring and supportive to the family and very patient with all of our questions. 6.They gave a personal service, treating the patient and family with great respect and dignity at all times.
