Spoke with patients husband. He did not feel he could offer any suggestions to how IPU could be improved. He said that all staff from reception, catering, housekeeping, nursing and medical had been fantastic. He was also grateful that he had been able to bring the dog into the hospice to see the patient, as this had meant the world to them both.
