I waited a month for my consultation with dr Nathan .. 40 min past my appointment with no apology I was ushered into a room.. I was there approx 4 min..yes 4 min !!!! He sat writing stuff from 1 piece of paper to another and hushed me every time I went to speak ... I merely asked what breast size I could achieve "if I was a talker I wouldn't be a surgeon , all surgeons are rude and arrogant that's just the way we are" Well I'm glad u think so as I'm inclined to agree !!!! Looked at my breasts..still declined to give me any information and ushered me back out the room for the advisor to deal with me and take my deposit Deposit for what !!?? What was I actually getting !?! I left with no clue , !!!! Over busy , uncaring and only interested in your money .. google transform reviews and see for yourself ...go elsewhere !!!!!!

Honest can't believe how this business is still running. Transform has let me down at every single set. If you are looking to have a breast enlargement and uplift then please read. 1 - was meant to have a consultation with Dr Nathan but 10mins before my appointment they call to say he is running 3 hours late. Obviously I didn't want to wait but luckily it was local. 2 -after this I saw dr mashadi and he was amazing! 3 - worried about timings I booked my bed without seeing the surgeon to secure my place. Paid the £500 deposit on Thursday and heard nothing. Money cleared and I kept calling Emily (at Reading) to make sure it was booked. On Sunday I get an email, all fully booked for that day I'll have to wait until the next month (specifically said I needed it done in April) so I had to pick another surgeon. The only guy left was Dr Nathan (now see why!) 4 - had an appointment to see Dr Nathan on Saturday in London (I'm around 2 hours from central London). Got there in time to be told he was running 20mins late...1:30 mins later he saw me. He was the rudest man Ive ever ever met. He opening the conversation with you know surgery isn't perfect, what happens if you wake up with wonky boobs or cross eyed nipple. I'm paying £7k to hear that?? He then payed with his iPad whilst I tried to talk to him. He said I didn't need an uplift they are only 4cm low, that to me is a lot as I'm 25 and have lost lots of weight. I said I wasn't the lift because they will sag more. He said no he wanted to do them in two stages. Two surgeries, two payments and two lots of pain. He then continued to be rude and said I needed to find someone else. I was heart broken, been saving for this for years. He hurried me out his office in tears and then just went home as I was he last appointment of the day and clearly wanted it over. Total waste of time and money seeing this twat. 5 - tried to call the manager Emily at the reading branch and she ignored my calls. 6 - told her my experience and she couldn't have cared less. Said he has been with the practice for years and nothing would happen. Transform have messed up 3 times, with such a massive decision and amount of money you would expect more. I'm going to MYA and would suggest you do to!

Extremely rude surgeon. Made me feel very uneasy and needless to say I did not undergo surgery with transform. Felt like a number. Theres much better independent surgery groups out there.

The clinic in portishead is very clean and tidy. The receptionists are helpful and polite. The nurse was lovely even though I'm a baby when it comes to blood tests, she was great. My treatment planner, Anna, was helpful and made sure everything ran smoothly. Riverside hospital receptionists was very friendly and welcoming. The nurses are fantastic. You get you own room with bathroom. It's clean and relaxing for recovery. I currently led in bed watching the Big Bang theory after having just eaten. The staff make sure everything you need or want is available.

Visited Transform for BA consultation. Really liked the surgeon but put off by pushy nature of both patient care co-ordinator and manager of Transform Portishead - who left two rude messages on my phone encouraging me to book a bed before it was booked by someone else. All this only two weeks following my consultation, so I decided to go elsewhere. Otherwise I would have booked with them, as I really wanted to see the surgeon there.
