The time taken to be seen was good the practical work ie putting dressings was left to orderlies one put the dressing on to tight the nurse went away it’s a bit annoying

It’s annoying having to fill out a form every time you come in even if it’s a dressing change I was coming in every day and every day they made me fill a form

The only problem was at the end of the day there was not enough staff to finish my treatment so I had to go to the JR next day.

Kind, understanding nurse. I did have to wait rather a long time.

Waited 3 hrs due to an emergency. No patients were processed for over an hour. No accurate info on wait times just vague platitudes. No proper queueing system meaning having to waste hours instead of going and come back with a queue position. Xray dept shuts early at 4.30 so was almost a wasted afternoon. No triaging in place. Pretty disappointing experience.

The Nurse who attended to me was brilliant, she was helpful and so kind. When I first arrived, the first lady I spoke to on reception came across as sarcastic and rude. When coming to have a dressing change done, that inwas already feeling nervous about a kind face to greet me when walking theoigh the door would have been beyter. Once I got to the correct receptionist she was lovely, and told me to take a seat in the correct area.

The care I received from the Nurse on both occasions was amazing. She was thorough and explained to me what she was doing.

The whole experience! All staff were lovely.... sense of humour too which was needed at the time.

All the staff this morning were incredibly helpful and friendly. A huge thank you to all of them. My husband was seen immediately for the gash in his hand. The nurse Jack did a superb job of stitching, my husband’s hand. A special big thank you to Jack. What a wonderful clean pleasant building to be in. All round, it was an excellent experience of the NHS - thank you again.
