Kind and respectful staff. Calm pleasant environment. Useful advice listened and responded thoughtfully with patient's best interest at heart.

It turned not that arriving at RBH A&E early next morning, the medical admission agreed with RACU no longer stood (as next day) so we had to wait in A&E with everyone else - whole was not what we expected.
