I’d like to make a special shout out to Sophie from the A&E department she a health care assistant, she is friendly, genuinely caring and engaged well with me throughout my time in the A&E department. Also when I was in distress and pain she came over and checked on me and also got me a glass of water, which o really appreciated. She said she didn’t do anything special but she did just by being herself which i absolutely love and I wish more staff were like her.
