The BMI Thornbury hospital is a lovely environment, I like many others dislike hospitals but the environment at Thornbury is great its clean and welcoming. The staff are always very helpful and friendly.

I was at Thornbury hospital when I have my breast reduction operation. Thornbury hospital is gorgeous! It is so homely, I certainly felt like I was at home when I stayed in there. All the staff were very friendly and made you feel comfortable. The helped me with all sorts like going to the toilet and moving around. I would definitely recommend this hospital as it is lovely and the staff are amazing too!

From entering the hospital on the morning of the op I can honestly say ALL the staff were excellent! Operations are frightening and although I was a nurse years ago I was still concerned that all would go to plan. Everyone was helpful and calm!

This is a great private hospital the staff are brilliant nothing too much trouble as an inpatient. The outpatients could do with being better organised though, but the care as an inpatient is spot on.
