Absolutely shocking reception staff at AAU demanding money as soon as we arrived , pointing her finger on persons face and demanding payment , while patient was in crutial situation wasn’t even seen by the doctor or nurse ! We were busy dealing with the patient and wouldn’t run away without payment ! We were admired there by a very reputable doctor , but they have zero respect to patients . They only count money ! Absolutely pathetic lady and her behaviour started our horrid experience in that AAU .
Never again will use their services , better to go on NHS and wait for ages but to get amazing quality treatment by staff !
