Outstanding care throughout being an inpatient. Good strong instruction when needed. We as a family couldn't have gotten our daughter to this point without this intervention. Always kept in the loop with care.
Everyone was supportive of our daughters needs and provided the best support. She was always given the best advice and care by all staff. She was challenged where necessary which helped her to progress.

[name removed] helped a lot and gave some good coping skills.
Communication issues when she first arrived. Raised our concerns with management and resolved immediately. You have some excellent staff working here.
Thank you for raising your concerns .Following a meeting with the Ward Matron an agreement was put in place for parents to receive a weekly telephone call on a specified day regarding updates & communication.
Thank you for the positive feedback. I am sorry about the communication issues at the start, but it seems that we were able to resolve them. Best wishes, Hugh Jones, Patient Experience Manager
Since [name removed] took over we have had regular communication either via [name removed] or [name removed]. Nursing staff have looked after our son extremely well.

Consistency from all staff, clear rules and boundaries held in a nurturing way.
The staff at the Sett genuinely care and are sensitive to patients needs. Whilst there are boundaries the staff are flexible and supportive to patients in times of difficulty. The therapy teams build good and trusting relationships and are able to engage patients to talk about their fears and needs. The more holistic approach to treatment/formulation, rather than rigid emphasis on eating and patient input to dietary plan is excellent.
