I had a day case hysteroscopy procedure with Mr. Nakade. I cannot fault the care I received from everyone involved. Mr. Nakade immediately put me at ease, explaining fully the procedure; pros and cons, and I had the utmost confidence in him. He spoke to me afterwards and I found him to be most reassuring.
I have received the best care for the past 3 days. The care before and after my operation has been great. Dr Nakade is excellent and has kept me informed throughout my stay and understood my needs very well. The nurses to name a few: Farrah, Kate and Lucy have been amazing, nothing was ever too much. I really appreciate everything you have done for me.

Fantastic team and care was above reproach. I felt I was in really good hands.
I spent the whole day at the clinic. The nurses and staff I met earlier on the day (noon to early afternoon) were really nice and helpful I was so impressed but after my operation the nurses were very blunt and they seemed (not in the mood). Thank you all for your help
Cannot rate The Saxon Clinic highly enough ! Have just had Total Knee Replacement surgery and every member of staff I came into contact with was compassionate and caring . Everything was explained to me in detail and I despite the fact my operation was funded by the NHS I'm sure I was treated just the same as a private patient . Excellent menus to choose from as well .
The staff were considerate and treated my daughter with the utmost of respect. They understoon her nervousness and explained what was happening throughout her stay. I highly recommend this hospital
Felt the nurse handling my aftercare on the day just left me alone. She never came to check on me until quite late and enquirer as to why I had not left yet. When I pointed out I was still connected to my IV and was busting for the loo. This resulted in me rushing to relieve myself and getting sick as I moved to quickly. Just found her totally uncompationate and not very friendly. Quite a shame as everything else went flaulisly.
