Ward Nurses, anaesthetists, recovery room nurses and surgeons all fantastic and treat you like a person. This is how NHS care should be.
Having a single nurse looking after you from admission to discharge in day surgery. I'm not nervous about hospital or surgery, but I can imagine this continuity is a real comfort for people who are.
I'd really like to suggest an improvement but I honestly can't think of anything that could be done better.
