All the staff were very kind, professional and helpful and I would like to thank them. It is apparent though, that the William Wallace wing is under extreme pressure and the sight of patients sitting in the entrance and reception areas in wheel chairs and on drips, many looking so sad and despondent, made many of my visits uncomfortable.
