It was an efficient process with staff first calling out our names so that they could hand out the papers we needed to complete prior to seeing the doctor. We didn't need to wait too long (perhaps 20 minutes). There was some confusion because the board showing delays (1 hour!) referred to the morning, not the afternoon clinic. The registration, who saw me, had read my notes prior to the consultation. He spoke very clearly, was supportive and I felt well looked after. When I went to Reception to book my next appointment, they were very helpful. All-in-all, excellent care. I am very lucky to have had the opportunity of being treated at The Marsden.
