Staff cheerful and responsive. Usually came quickly when called. Prepared to chat when appropriate. Morale seemed high.
Suggested improvements
Either because of an attempt to take blood or actual take site my inner left forearm developed a sore and swollen spot which was not noticed by me until I returned home.
Inspected by GP and antibiotic Flucloxacillin prescribed which as at 1/8/21 has reduced the inflammation. Continuing with this medication. I do not normally have an adverse reaction to needles.
