I was impressed by the kindness and dedication received. There were a few questions which were not applicable to my case but if it had been I am sure it would have been satisfactory.

Suggested improvements
What I found a pity was that you didn't get any personal relationship with t he consultant treating you. But perhaps because in my case I saw quite a few different ones.
