Kind and helpful staff. Always respond quickly and efficiently to any requests and keep me updated of any changes in my condition.
My medication is also delivered home to me so very helpful.

We were amazed at the care we received during our stay with our 13 year old daughter at the RLH. From the moment we walked in to A&E every single staff member was kind, understanding and great at putting is and our daughter at ease.

Not a positive experience at all at this hospital.Went to accident and emergency with a sick relative and found the staff to be Cold and unfriendly In particular one Nurse called Ciaran McHugh who had no People Skills whos attitude very much upset my elderly relative.

Very great hospital. Waiting times can be long but don’t think it’s reasonable to assume immediate attention at all times due to the varying pressures from all departments and incidents. Clean hospital and very friendly and informative staff.

I had never been to A&E before and was absolutely terrified waiting around for test results etc. Especially having to be on my own but Sydney in A&E made me feel more at ease right from the start and was so nice to me the whole day. She was amazing and without her I think I would have had a breakdown! I can’t thank all of the staff there enough, everyone was so friendly and I appreciate their hard work so much
