Today I was seen by Anna Parberry and a nurse who made me feel comfortable and safe during a loop diathermy procedure. Anna explained the treatment and gave me information about my care. I'm from the U.S. and I found Anna's bedside manner better than any of the doctors I have seen back home.
Fantastic nursing staff, friendly and professional
I have been under the care of Anna Parberry for just over two years now. I received a CN2 diagnosis after my first screening so was very nervous and anxious about what this might mean. Anna has been absolutely fantastic since my first appointment, taking the time to explain everything clearly and in a way I could understand. I've had a number of follow up appointments which ultimately resulted in a small treatment.
The whole experience could have been very traumatic but because of Anna's care I had a really positive experience.
Dr Charlotte Toms, A & E Doctor at Royal London Whitechapel
My elderly father was unwell, in lot of pain was seen and assessed by Dr Charlotte Toms in A & E, Dr was kind, courteous, very thorough in her assessment, kept us aware of the situation, even after finishing her shift informed us of what will be happening and answered our concerns.
Thank you Dr Toms and her team for great care and taking care of my father, god bless you all!
Mr Raoof and family
Anna Parberry and the Colposcopy team were absolutely wonderful - knowledgeable, experienced, clear and kind.
They turned what could have been a scary experience into one that I could digest, understand and appreciate.
The wait time is ridiculous and was in excess of over 1 hour. I am writing this feedback whilst still waiting to be seen.
The time has not been updated on the board with the correct wait time and how do one expect a service delivery on time by health profession.
Due to current Covid-19 situation it needs to be minimum time spent at the hospital due to infection control rather I am sitting here over an hour for an appointment which was 10am.
Interventional Radiology Coiling - Royal London Hospital
I had a procedure a few days ago, for an aneurysm (endovascular coiling). Everyone in this department really looked after me. My surgeon is very experienced and professional, truly amazing. Thank you so much for looking after me, your work is so appreciated.
Neonatal and postnatal team poor performance administering medicine to wrong beds and not keeping informed about service.
During times of covid when care is understandably overstretched, may and vanessa team in ward 8f really let the ball slip
Each member of the home birth team treated me with compassion and empathy. They were all clearly incredibly competent and professional. They made my but experience more than managable but joyful and incredibly positive. I am so grateful to them.
Kind and helpful staff. Always respond quickly and efficiently to any requests and keep me updated of any changes in my condition.
My medication is also delivered home to me so very helpful.
