Nurse Sister Anna Parberry is one of the greatest health care professionals I’ve ever encountered in my whole life. She is so kind and made my loop therapy so smooth and easy. I was very nervous but when you meet Anna those nerves disappear as she has such a wonderful way of making you feel relaxed. Thank you so much Anna!

Absolutely brilliant in all ways, so kind so understanding and treated me with da most respect. I’ve been in hospitals before but never been treated like this; these ppl deserve everything in life. I’ve got so much names I could say but I’ll be here all day, all of them very professional, they were so good to me they feel like family. I literally don’t want to go home thats how perfect they are. It brings a tear to my eye when its time to go home. From start to finish the care has been absolutely brilliant. I just hope the government can provide staff a fairer salary for all that they do. Allow more annual leave, because they deserve it. What would the world be like without these kind of people? The love & respect they show should never go unnoticed. If perfect was a place this will be it. I beg the King of England & the MP’s to try the best they can to give all of these wonderful staff what they deserve. To be honest 5000 words is not enough, I need a whole month to describe how good these people are. I pray they get what they deserve, this is jus 5% of what I really want to say. Funding of other places should be reviewed and possibly cut a little so we can show appreciation to these guys, so professional kind & caring, hard workers doing long shifts. I could never put in words how good this place & people are. I haven't even got into individual names and roles that make this place so good, 1 by 1 as a whole team. I had a head injury but still manage to write this, which was not easy, but people deserve to be acknowledged and the public need to understand the great care & professionalism, from cleaners to the people that order your food - I’m honoured to have experienced such great service & care! God bless them all i can have nothink less than 30 pages but i dont no if this review can hold all of that, big thank you again guys & ladies from mr small proper red carpet treatment from 3f & im sure every other ward the same il be back to visit you guys very soon and i think i will b coming every year because you guys family and the food il give 10 out of 10

Review of Gynaecology Clinic - RLH

The best care from Women's health physio, Aliz. Aliz is: Very knowledge in her line of work. Extremely caring to patients needs. Very compassionate and considerate. Very passionate about helping and achieving positive results for the patient. Aliz went above and beyond she deserves to be acknowledged. I can't thank her enough, this feedback doesn't seem enough for all the positivity she has given me. Aliz delivers A* service but more importantly she has deep care and understanding for the patients needs which went a very along way. Very apparent it's not just a job for Aliz but she she has a deep care and empathy to help patients to the best she can. Thank you

Suggested improvements
Aliz was excellent, no faults.

Review of Labour Ward (6E & 6F Ward) - RLH
15th November 2022

We chose an elective C section and it's been more than 24 hours that we are in Royal London Hospital and still my wife hasn't been operated. The staff just keeps on delaying everytime we even try and enquire. This has been the worse experience of our life and would not recommend this hospital to anyone. We were so excited for the birth of our baby and this feels like a torture.

Suggested improvements
Just try and treat patients with care and compassion. Provide timely updates . We got admitted at 7 am and then at 6 pm , that is after 11 hours we were told that the surgery won't go ahead on that day. The next day the story is the same till 12 noon, we feel helpless and have had a break down
