I had never been to A&E before and was absolutely terrified waiting around for test results etc. Especially having to be on my own but Sydney in A&E made me feel more at ease right from the start and was so nice to me the whole day. She was amazing and without her I think I would have had a breakdown! I can’t thank all of the staff there enough, everyone was so friendly and I appreciate their hard work so much
