This happened in day care endoscopy. A young Male staff was discussing patient care in the reception area. He called patient and ask very sensitive question to patient. He even informed a patient that she will have sigmoiscopy. He did this breach of confidentiality many times. Could someone look into this. He was giving appointment to patient. This should be done in private.
