The girl you have on the reception, (Rheema Nisan), I think; a young muslim girl with a head scarf and glasses, is quite rude. No hello, no please no thank you. Too blunt - "take a seat!". Why would you have a person who clearly has NO, patient manner/people skills in such a position. Just why. All other staff were pleasant and courteous.
