No complaint against the hospital other than its location in one of londons dirtiest mono cultural areas but the hospital inside is spotless. My complaint is against the booking system. I called to cancell an appointment 5 days prior to the appointment, i had my NHS number / Hospital Number time and date of appointment details yet the attendant was either not able to or not willing to cancel the appointment without a booking password. I explained due to the time of my call that i was unable to contact my GP for this information, The attendant couldnt care less and told me to call back once i had this information. Again i explained that i was unable to obtain this information prior to my appointment but again the attendant was not interested in the slightest. So people, this is where all our taxes go! funding NHS staff with no accountability, Staff not bothered about appointments not being attended or even being offered to members of the public that may be waiting for appointments. The nhs doesnt need more tax payers money it needs efficiently spending of our Taxes
