We chose an elective C section and it's been more than 24 hours that we are in Royal London Hospital and still my wife hasn't been operated. The staff just keeps on delaying everytime we even try and enquire. This has been the worse experience of our life and would not recommend this hospital to anyone.
We were so excited for the birth of our baby and this feels like a torture.
Suggested improvements
Just try and treat patients with care and compassion. Provide timely updates . We got admitted at 7 am and then at 6 pm , that is after 11 hours we were told that the surgery won't go ahead on that day. The next day the story is the same till 12 noon, we feel helpless and have had a break down
