I am in the slightly odd position of being a GP who is a patient who is having spinal surgery. I have been very impressed with the Royal London and all the staff who work here. Some of the patients here have not always been as courteous and we need to try to fit into a system that is underfunded with staff who do their best The NHS cannot be all things for all people but the ward staff of 10F and the spinal nurses do their best which is pretty damn good. Fantastic surgeon as well.
