I was very scared about having to go into hospital, but almost as soon as I arrived one of the nurses put me at ease. I received excelled care from all staff, and found the CBT and art therapy very useful. Soon, not only did I feel a lot better, but felt I was in a safe, warm, friendly environment where I could be myself. No one put any pressure on me, and in this atmosphere, I got much better. The benefits of my stay continued to be a positive influence even after I had left. Thank you very much.
