TV is too high when sitting in seat. Heating needs to improve Shower - Start/Stop is not enough time. Catering needs to Improve. Tough chicken and potato on Sunday.

I was a private patient but treated as an NHS patient in this case. I found this experience to be much better than my previous experience 3 months ago, the ward staff were much more kind and efficient. The ward was spotlessly clean.

Dr Molunguri was new to me but he's been excellent and support me to get to a place where I'm happy to go home.

Overall received very good care by both the nurses & the consultant. Probably could have done with a bit more time with consultant to explain procedure a little bit more.
