I was extremely impressed with the National Hospital having my first appointment there today.
I was seen by reception straightaway and then a member of staff walked me to my department. From there on all the staff were so friendly and caring. When my appointment was running late they explained why, they were patient and generally such lovely individuals.
The hospital was very clean too, including the toilets and all waiting areas.
Very impressive!
