The whole experience was excellent, the staff clean friendly and always helpful, the hospital was spotless and the food very good, I always felt cared for, and the facilities in your room were top notch, the bathroom so clean and well set out.

Well presented hospital with polite and efficient staff.
However, I was not pleased to see that there were no gender specific toilets, were by biological ladies could go, without any others assessing them, plus also have access to products related to their menstrual cycle. This is in contrast to other local hospitals I have recently visited.

Only problem was when trying to contact the hospital by phone. Long-ish hold times and seemed I often got through to wrong department and had to go round the wait loop again.
Generally great personal care by all the staff.
