Very well cared for by the nursing team and the physiotherapist Jess.
I have to thank the Matron at the Nuffield who helped in organising my pre-op at a Nuffield hospital closer to my home.
I also must mention Maria on reception desk whose attitude was excellent and who helped my wife and I on several occasions.
Josh on catering was also very kind and helpful.
My only "problem" was on the evening before I was discharged. I asked to see my own medical records and no-one came back to me despite reminding the duty nurse about my request and being advised by her that the co-ordinator would handle the matter.
