Spent terrible time in the underground car park total gridlock and saw several cars in accidents, involving very stressed drivers. No monitoring of the situation or warnings to say the car park was already full, before drivers entered. Was already late for my appointment, then there was a very long queue at the reception where there were not enough staff to deal with the situation. Totally stressful and not what one would expect from a private hospital. Had an appointment at the JR hospital two days previously and although the parking is always a challenge, the whole experience was efficient and very much better.
