Impossible to telephone this hospital. I’ve tried every number listed and I’m trying to get someone to answer 3 hours later. Totally impossible. I would never again use this hospital. Terrible communication

Very well cared for by the nursing team and the physiotherapist Jess. I have to thank the Matron at the Nuffield who helped in organising my pre-op at a Nuffield hospital closer to my home. I also must mention Maria on reception desk whose attitude was excellent and who helped my wife and I on several occasions. Josh on catering was also very kind and helpful. My only "problem" was on the evening before I was discharged. I asked to see my own medical records and no-one came back to me despite reminding the duty nurse about my request and being advised by her that the co-ordinator would handle the matter. Their only concern is taking money, all other attempts at patient enquiries are ignored. They are billing me again for money already paid out by my insurance company. Misread my mri scan and could not even spell the name of my condition correctly.

The staff members at the Day Surgery were very caring and empathetic. They made me feel very comfortable during my stay and their smiles truly made a difference to my experience.

The Manor Hospital is a wonderful place to have an operation if you must have one. The staff is caring and knowledgeable and attentive and expert. The private room I had for 2 nights post-operation was so soothing, it was worth the money just to have that space in which to heal. Everything was super clean, and very quiet and calm (especially on a weekend when I was there). The food is excellent. The only criticism I have of the Manor Hospital is that prior to my operation, their admissions staff took far too long to produce a cost quotation and answer my questions that had been relayed to them by my surgeon's secretary, and then to produce the necessary paperwork. I had expected far better efficiency from a private hospital. When coming from abroad, such efficiency is critical so that a patient can book flights, accommodation etc. And -- on the day of my admission -- the front desk staff were not as courteous and welcoming as they should have been to a patient. Both these should be easily fixed and I hope they will be. I would certainly highly recommend the Hospital to anyone despite these shortcomings.

The Manor provided exceptional treatment and service. Everyone involved in my care - surgery and after-care - was kind, considerate, caring, professional, and ensured I was well-cared for and had everything I might need. Absolutely a wonderful experience at the Manor. Thank you
