This morning I had a mole removed by a team for whom I have the highest praise. The mole was in a difficult area of my foot and the staff took so much trouble to remove cauterise and stitch the wound. Everyone from the supervising doctor to a health support worker were professional and supportive. Dr Ismail worked with skill and dedication and the health support worker, who was observing on a study day, took the time and trouble to find a wheelchair and take me to the car. I cannot thank them enough.
