I had an appointment at the eye hospital. The staff are doing a great job under difficult circumstances. My only complaint is that I am never given any information about the appointment e.g. whether I will see the consultant or not or which tests I will be having.
I then don't hear any more for several weeks until I get a paper letter telling me I have another appointment in four months' time.
In terms of managing the appointment itself and conducting the tests, the staff in the eye hospital are great. I just wish I knew more about the results of the tests and what to expect before I arrive.
