All the staff I personally dealt with at John Ratcliff were lovely to deal with and cared for me like a family member. From the time I came through the doors the receptionist helped me find where I needed to be straight away and even showed me how to access the surgery because I was having trouble with the door. The nurses and staff in the surgery waiting and recovery area were also fabulous especially my nurse Jeena. The surgeon, anaesthesiologist, and surgery staff in the operating room were also a pleasure to deal with and made me feel comfortable during my time in the operating theatre. 5 star all the way! Unfortunately I can't say the same about the pharmacy. They had all day to sort my medication and at 4:30 when I was being released they still hadn't delivered my meds and when my nurse called them asking when it was going to be delivered was told "we don't know". So this mess up by the pharmacy department meant I had to go home without my medication and needed to sort it out through my GP. Fortunately I had a few days of my blood thinner left at home and my wife had the same prescription for the acid reflux medication I was prescribed so I wasn't left waiting all weekend for the medicine I desperately needed. 0 stars for the pharmacy, they should be ashamed with their performance on that day...
