100% , the staff on my day of Ablation were all great
My daughter spent 9 days in neurosurgery- major op, 26 hours in ICU, 4 days in HDU and 4 days in neurosurgical ward.
Everyone was perfect. So much help and needs were understood.
We understood the stranglehold this govt has put on the Nhs and support all our nhs staff fully.
In the whole time, we must have had over 30 different nurses with us and only one let us down.
The others were phenomenal. Selfless and helpful.
We are forever grateful.
Wonderful care last Saturday at the trauma clinic in the JR after our daughter fell off a swing and fractured her foot. Seen promptly in a very clean department. Truly excellent communication and kindness shown by ANP Angie and her team. Thank you. NHS at its best.
Clean outpatient department. Long wait to be seen
From admission to discharge a truly brilliant service. Every single person involved from local Witney hospital , ambulance care to JR, to porters, nurses, doctors , technicians. All amazing, caring, great senses of humour to lighten the worries . I applaud you all , everyone I met a true reflection of what is so good in our NHS … the people.
So lucky to have the JR hospital and Witney .
Thank you !
My daughter was rushed into the Children's Hospital where she and I stayed for 3 days in CDU. The staff were amazing - efficient, extremely thorough, very kind and knew exactly how to interact with an anxious child. We are really grateful and couldn't value them highly enough
I spent 24 hours as an inpatient having sinus surgery, My care was impeccable. My only comment is that after the surgery I was given a hot meal which I should not have been given. This was supplied by Mitre who should have got it right, the aftermath could have been worse than it was. Please address this problem ...
I received excellent care.
Always have given me good treatment and listened to all I had to say
On the evening of the 19th of October 2022 at 5.20, I had an appointment at the Ultrasound department of the JR. What a lovely experience. Kerry a nurse was so very helpful and seeing that I was in distress commandeered a wheelchair for me and wheeled me out to my waiting lift after my apppointment.
The 2 ladies carrying out the scan were so understanding, gentle, and caring and kept me informed about what they were doing at every stage plus sharing all information as
they went.
These 3 ladies could not have made me feel any better, they are all to be recommended.
Please thank them for me
