Dialogue between doctors and ward.
Patient, extremely well cared for.
Nurses were nice to everyone including me. Many thanks.
Lovely staff- everything OK.
Happy with care.
Nothing= Good how it is.
-Wonderful nursing care-prompt attention.
-Nothing too much trouble.
-Similarly ward doctors open to listening and clear explanations about treatment.
-Free TV and phone calls much appreciated.
-The shower could be improved-slow trickle and lukewarm water.
Caring and professional, well mannered.
Staff were brilliant.
Staff always willing, cheerful and professional. Patients are often frightened and frustrated but always spoken to in a caring way.
I feel the staff have far too much to do and need extra help!
Lisa Reamsbottin is an amazing nurse.
