As an NHS patient, I would not recommend this hospital. I imagine they treat their private patients better, but I have spent 3 weeks following up an appointment. The same happened at the previous app in July. Why am I having to do this when it's their job?! The amount of times I have had to call is beyond count - I have currently been on hold for 20 minutes. Add to that some staff who have been rude and calls that have been hung up. And I can't say much about the so-called expert consultant either - he essentially said wear a support cast for the rest of my life. The only person who was helpful was Lana. PS. The lady in the diagnostics who I just spoke to was not interested and refused me to give me her name.
