I have already had surgery here last year and again the nurses I saw were so lovely, Asma & Claudia. They were reassuring and caring. As are the reception staff.

I came here today for my pre assessment. I couldn’t have been looked after any better right from arriving the receptionist was really helpful and Gemma and Emma really looked after me I was really nervous but they both put me at ease and were really professional. From the moment you enter the hospital to leaving, the care, attention and entire professional ism of the staff is beyond anyone's expectations. The friendliness, engagement and thoroughness with attention to detail was so rewarding. Reassurance of any procedure is absolute, and in my case today, not one question went unanswered. Whether it’s Dr Jamil the surgeon who did my operation or the Lisa the lovely nurse who looked after me , they are of equal importance to Highfield Hospital. Dr Jamil is professional, thorough, calming and informative and Lisa has been kind , professional , caring, empathetic and all with a very smiley friendly, happy nature even when working over 12 hr days. I have been looked after and cares for so very well .

Needed surgery on my back the whole process was smooth and the staff were amazing I would have been waiting around 4 years on the NHS but the whole process was done in about 3 month.

I had a major operation at Highfield Hospital 18 months ago and the care was amazing but sadly forgot the name of the really outstanding, caring , empathetic, professional nurse who helped care for me pre operation. However , this week I had a pre opp appointment for a procedure I am having next week and the nurse doing the assessment was Humana , the very same nurse who took care of me 18 months ago . It was so lovely to see her and she is still the outstanding nurse she was when I last saw her and I look forward to seeing her next week to calm my nerves . For the management at Highfield Hospital you are so very lucky that Humana works on your team as Humana has the most amazing qualities in a very caring nurse, and goes above and beyond to help.

Very impressed by my visit to Highfield , the booking process with ease , very informative throughout , knowledgeable staff , from the reception, porter and all rest of the staff , who looked after me during my hernia repair. Everything was explained , not rush at all , the place has a very warm friendly feel throughout the whole place. Would highly recommend to everyone Thank you
