Arranged a consultation for my so who was in agony. Agreed with Nuffield they would get MRI scans from Countess in time for consultation
Guess what ......they did not. Took a day of work to go, and paying for a consultation which was a waste of time.
Have tried to phone in a composed manner but fobbed off everytime. In a meeting tied up, now at lunch. The Nuffield Chester should be ashamed with their poor customer service. Why do they think they can treat paying customers like dirt. Shocking
