They’re a really lovely team and the nurse I’ve seen twice is really reassuring and the fact that she remembered me made me feel like I wasn’t just another face in the day to day, they actually care and want to help

This is the best service in any NHS setting I have ever received. I was taken aback how much care and time I was given by the department. They were so thorough. I truly believe the rest of the NHS could learn a lot from this department.

I was seen in urgent care by the excellent Millie Williams a physio, she diagnosed the problem and organised a referral onto the excellent Mr Nikos Pyrovolou who dealt with me today. A great credit to the NHS that the press runs down constantly.Wait time was less than I expected.
